We’ve just released a new parking product called UPark Plus. Good timing – we released it during COVID-19 as a ‘touchless parking’ option and attached a cheap $8 parking offer for parking in the CBD. Uptake has been pretty good.
To create a UPark Plus account, it’s necessary to sign up on the UPark website and there is a 14-step process to get your hands on a UPark Plus card. 14 steps!
Being a good UX/CX person and an analytics geek, I have pulled together a funnel visualisation in Google Data Studio to understand the flow of users through the sign up process. There are some clear user ‘drop offs’ in the funnel below and we’ll work on improving the UX at those junctures…
