The sheer volume of COVID-19 information out there makes it difficult for most people to absorb and comprehend, let alone those members of our community who have low English literacy, or have vision or cognitive impairments.
To help, we’ve just published an “Easy English” guide on our website that explains which City of Adelaide services are open, and which are closed. Easy English is a style of writing that is simple and concise, focuses on key information and uses images to help readers understand the information.
Kudos to my colleague Georgie Smith for the great guide and your commitment to content accessibility.
