How does your Linkedin profile look?
Linkedin is the world’s largest professional network with over 467 million account holders. If you’re in business or white-collar work, then you need to be a part of it. And you need to make sure that you stand out.
Linkedin is your online personal brand, your online CV and your online professional portfolio, all wrapped up into one. It’s a place where you can get independent validation of your talents through recommendations and endorsements. It’s a fantastic place to cultivate and manage a network. And it’s a great place to ‘spy’ on other people and on companies.
But perhaps most importantly, it’s the first place that hiring managers and recruiters go to find talented people.
You need to be on Linkedin. And your profile needs to be good.
